Germany Visa Requirments & Process For Pakistani Citizens

You can apply for a Schengen visa, which is valid for 26 countries. 26 Schengen countries, including Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland. Visa Process

You must submit your visa application in person at the Embassy in Islamabad or The Consulate General in Karachi. All documents must be translated into English and printed on A4 paper.

    • The original passport and its copy If you have a previous passport, then you need also copy of it. (If the passport is lost, then it’s a police report.)
    • CNIC or B Form (if under the age of 18)

    • FRC (Family Registration Certificate)Nadra

    • Marriage Certificate 

    • Flight Reservation

    • Hotel Reservation (Confirm)

    • Proof of Salary or Business
    • Bank Statement 
    • Income Proof
    • Property proof, as well as any solid asset proof
    • FBR Tax Return

Visit Visa Requirements

  • 1

    Application for a short-term visa is filled out and signed by the applicant. Both parents must sign the paper if the applicant is under the age of 18.
  • 2

    Written consent from another parent is required with a photocopy of his CNIC for underage children travelling with a single parent.

    2 current photos of the applicant with a white background
  • 5

    Original and photocopy of FRC (Family Registration Certificate) from NADRA and marriage certificate.
  • 6

    Last 6-month original statement and maintains letter,3-month salary slip, Credit card copy(if have), and NTN with 2-year income tax return.If the applicant is a sole proprietor, a valid Chamber of Commerce certificate, as well as a recommendation letter from the Chamber of Commerce for a business visa.

    A Passport or other travel document is valid for at least three months beyond the visa's expiry and has at least two blank pages in the passport.

    Flight reservation(Copy), Hotel Booking, and Insurance
  • 9

    Attach a detailed itinerary if a trip is a package tour.
  • 10

    Original signed letter from the applicant's company/employer detailing the applicant's name, position, pay, length of employment, employer's address and phone numbers, and the reason and duration of the applicant's visit to the Schengen state and original signed letter from the applicant's student institute if student.

    Third-country nationals residing must provide supporting documentation attesting to the legality of their stay 
  • 12

    Original and copy of a travel medical insurance policy of at least 30,000 Є.  A valid list of approved insurance companies in Pakistan as agreed by Schengen partners in Islamabad is below.

Business Visa Requirments

  • 1

    Application for a short-term visa is filled out and signed by the applicant.

    For the sole proprietor, an invitation letter in the applicant's name from a private or public organization based in Spain is required.
